Contextual baseline analysis in support of a planning strategy for the redevelopment of Holes Bay – a 40-acre brownfield site located on Poole’s waterfront. Element supported Chilmark Consulting in the review and assessment of the design context, advice regarding constraints, risks and opportunities and further investigations, and recommendations on the future development strategies (meanwhile and long-term) and the production of parameter plans for use in community consultation exercises.
