Commissioned by Wiltshire Council in association with Corsham Town Council and the MOD, Element Urbanism in partnership with Arup and Cushman Wakefield prepared a vision, integrated masterplan and delivery strategy for Corsham town centre and key development opportunity sites. The masterplan required a collaborative approach to agree an appropriate balance between growth, the revitalisation of the town centre, the realisation of physical assets, and the protection of the inherent quality of the place.

The Area Framework has acted as the precursor for a Neighbourhood Plan and a public realm strategy.
