The detailed design of four public spaces and connecting pedestrian routes in Caldicot, Monmouthshire to RIBA Stage 4. Work included concept designs informed by public engagement exercises, the production of cost plans, CDM responsibilities, submission of planning applications, construction detailing including natural stone feature walls, level changes, lighting, SuDS and planting design. 

The commission included the support of the housing association with varied community consultation events and negotiations regarding drainage and planning.
