Working with ODC and Chilmark Consulting, Element Urbanism prepared an economic recovery masterplan for Ammanford, which required a comprehensive review of existing strategies and plans and engagement with stakeholders to re-prioritise the key issues and opportunities considering the new economic landscape. The masterplans have provided a focus on key priorities and their delivery to ensure continuity of business within the town centres and enable Carmarthenshire to unlock future funding opportunities for longer-term ambitions.

The Economic Recovery Plan was formally adopted by Carmarthenshire Council and has supported the business case for an additional £4m investment in economic recovery activity.
