Commissioned by Herefordshire County Council, Element Urbanism developed an town centre masterplan incorporating several large strategic sites - both publicly and privately owned. The development concepts were  supported by regeneration strategies including public realm, movement, parking and land use.

The Masterplan was unanimously approved by the Councillors and adopted by Herefordshire Council in April 2023.
